Glass Candy ”Rolling Down The Hills”

I’m not really sure how to describe Glass Candy’s sound. A few words do come to mind though: Dark, Disco, Electronic, and Fantastic. Maybe we could create a sub genre for them called Fantastically Dark Electronic Disco

In fact, I have a confession to make. In iTunes, I change the genre’s of different bands to the first phrase and/or set of words that comes to mind. For example, The Mumlers are “unreal” and David Bowie is “David Fucking Bowie, Bro”. My favorite might be the new genre I created for The Flaming Lips, “Don’t Even Try”. Overall, It’s a great way of classifying music, and it even makes for some great comedy when you’re looking at your music by genre and can’t quite figure out who is who.

I digress.
