Odd Future ”Analog 2”
He may act like a complete goon but Tyler the Creator knows what he’s doing. Yesterday the Odd Future crew dropped their debut album, OF Tape Vol. 2, the group’s first since their initial mixtape in 2008, and already sales are projected at reaching over 40,000 in the first week. Not bad for a group of barely 20-something, self-made musicians.
It’s clear now why the album is expected to do well. I was intent on writing about Frank Ocean’s only solo track on the album entitled “White”, a beat-savvy song that’s smoother than a jaguar’s back. But after hearing the sultriness of “Analog 2”, I dropped everything and wrote about this song instead.
